All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices, and have not been evaluated by the FDA. You agree not to use, or allow the use of, any product for:

• any diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purpose;
• incorporation into any food, drug, cosmetic, or commercial product.

Your use of every product is also governed by our separate RUO Agreement.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion — including where we suspect misuse, resale for prohibited use, fraud, or a pricing error — and will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Payment is captured at checkout through third-party payment processors; we do not store full card details. You are responsible for any taxes or duties that apply to your order.

Shipping timelines and rates are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aureus Research is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the misuse, mishandling, or unlawful use of any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms at any time; the version posted at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aureus Research operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
