You accept full responsibility for the safe storage, use, and disposal of every product, and for compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional laws, regulations, and safety standards.

You will not resell, repackage, or redistribute any product for any use prohibited by this agreement, and you will pass these restrictions on to any authorized recipient within your organization.
